RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love the items you purchased from charmio-wear.com! However, if you are not happy with your items, please get in touch with charmio@pm.me to return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Please do not return your item if it is damaged or defected, instead contact us at charmio@pm.me with photos of your damaged or defective item.

If returning an item please include your order number write codes which corresponds to your reason:

a . RETURN CODES:

i.      01 CHANGED MIND

ii.      02 DO NOT LIKE

iii.      03 INCORRECT PRODUCT SHIPPED

iv.      04 QUALITY NOT AS EXPECTED

v.      05 SHIPPED TOO LATE

vi. 06 WRONG SIZE

b. Is this a Return or a Gift Return?

i.      RETURN: A refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

ii.      GIFT RETURN: If you’re returning a gift, please indicate if you would like to have the gift giver refunded or a credit coupon for the equivalent amount can be given to you.

SEND IT BACK: Pack up the item(s) you are returning including the paper with your return codes and send it to the address you received via email and then drop off your package at your local Post Office. Please send the item tracked.
CHECK YOUR INBOX: We will send you an email once the return has been processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return and issue a refund.


Holiday Return Policy

Orders purchased from November 1st through Christmas Eve are eligible for return for a coupon code in the equivalent amount as the purchase price if not returned within the 30 day period.

Terms & Conditions of Returns

  • Online orders must be returned as indicated by the instructions above.
  • All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. For Holidays see above.
  • Product must be well protected unused, in new/original condition.
